- You're ambitious and have a competitive spirit
- You're willing to put in an exceptional amount of work in the first 6 months, so that later — by increasing your efficiency — you can achieve similar results with a fraction of that effort
- You're not afraid of making calls and actively acquiring clients
- You think with an entrepreneurial mindset, not an employee mentality
- You can free up at least 20–30 hours per week (alongside a 40-hour job you won't have time to „get going”)
- You're open to completing the real estate agent training in parallel with starting the work
- You know that high income demands high performance

- You're looking for a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule – our clients are typically available after work hours, so you have to adapt
- You don't have financial reserves for the first few months

- You look for excuses instead of solutions
- You have a „it'll work out somehow” attitude instead of being proactive
