Contact form: when you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email, phone number, optional subject and message, and the property ID if applicable. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual step) or (a) (consent).

Job applications: if you apply for a role, you may provide your name, email, phone, message and CV. Purpose: recruitment. Legal basis: consent (a).

Admin panel: at kovacsmark.com/admin, staff log in with an email and password. The email and a securely hashed password are stored by Supabase auth. Strictly necessary for service operation.

The public website sets no cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools (no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, etc.).

On the admin panel (/admin) one strictly-necessary authentication cookie ("sb-*-auth-token") is set when an admin signs in, to maintain the session. Under ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) such strictly-necessary cookies are exempt from prior consent.

No third-party cookies are placed on visitors' devices.

Personal data is stored on Supabase, Inc.'s cloud service (EU region) under a Data Processing Agreement. Supabase is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Contact-form data is kept for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed, then deleted.

Job-application data is kept for up to 12 months unless you give written consent for a longer period.

Access: request information about personal data we hold about you.

Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.

Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): ask us to delete your data when there is no legitimate ground to retain it.

Restriction: request a restriction of processing.

Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Object: object to the processing of your data.

Withdraw consent: at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing done before withdrawal.
